Instructions for New Account Setup
Grants Portal
  1. Before submitting a Letter of Inquiry (LOI), please contact Karen Levin or Debbie Fox to discuss your request.
  2. After staff approval of your LOI, you will receive an email with a link to complete the full application.
  3. Following review of your application, you will receive either:
    • An approval notification and grant agreement, which will need to be returned prior to payment, or
    • A denial letter.
